PURPOSE:To manufacture the subject sheet free of texture coloration by mixing a dispersing liquid of a coloring compound applied with a heat treatment at a specified temperature with a dispersing liquid of a phenolic compound and applying the liquid mixture thus prepared on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:(A) A phenolic compound such as bisphenol A, a low molecular weight novolak resin or the like is dispersed in an aqeous solution of a water soluble binding agent. (B) Separately from this, a colorless or pale compound coloring by reacting with a phenolic compound is dispersed in an aqueous solution of a water-soluble binding agent, and, if desired, paraffins such as beewaxes, polyhydric alcohol esters of higher fatty acids and the like are added to the solution. Then, the mixture is pulverized into particles having diameter of 1-5mu, and thereafter heated at a temperature in the range of 50-100 deg.C for more than one minute, preferably for 5-10min, and cooled at room temperature. Then, the liquid (A) is mixed with the liquid (B) to prepare a coating liquid, which is applied plied on a substrate such as a paper or the like. |
