PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a reproduction side while improving the reliability of a reproduced signal, by providing an address word in a block signal and by using it as an auxiliary signal to write each sample-quantized signal word in a memory. CONSTITUTION:One-block signal B consists of sample-quantized signal word W, error correction word P available for the error correction of one or more words, and one-word error check word C available for the error correction of blocks. Then, synchronizing signals S are provided among blocks and when blocks are denoted as Bi, Bi+1..., address words Ai, Ai+1... indicating the predetermined number of digits are added to corresponding suffixes i, i+1... of block signals. Consequently, new block signals are constituted and address words A are used an auxiliary signals for signal processing concerning the signal array in a memory in reproduction. |
