Automatic ventilator actuator for building regulator - is operated by fluid which boils at pre-set temperature

A temperature detector is located within the room to be ventilated. The detector is orotected from direct radiant heat so that it remains at room temoerature. The detector contains a fluid whose boiling point is close to the desired room temperature. As the room temperature increases the fluid boils and the vapour passes through the tube into the vessel. The flexible bag contains an inert gas or air and is connected by the tube to an actuator. The vapour produced by the boiling fluid fills the vessel causing the bag to collapse and transfer the inert gas or air into the actuator to open the ventilator. When the room cools the vapour condenses and drains back to the detector. The vacuum produced in the vessel as a consequence of the condensation causes the bag to expand and reverse the action of the actuator to close the ventilator.
