PURPOSE:To provide a low cost and high quality lead storage battery with excellent productivity and high space efficiency by accommodating a coupling lattice at the vertical surface of an endless belt consisting of a concave continuous body, and by filling the lattice surface with lead paste active substance. CONSTITUTION:A coupling lattice 4 with electrode tub in continuity at a retaining part 3 and having inter-celler connecting pieces is accommodated at the vertical surface of an endless belt consisting of a concave continuous body. At the A side of the lattice 4 stopped a pos. electrode paste chamber and at the B side a neg. electrode paste chamber the paste is supplied from above the paste chamber and pressed and filled at the press part. Thereby a low cost and high quality lead storage battery with excellent productivity and high space efficiency is obtained. |
