PURPOSE:To provide a treatment implement for an endoscope which can dispense with post-work after a pivotally fixing pin is connected to a sleeve constituting a treatment part and from which the pivotally fixing pin does not project by rotational dislocation. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve 6 is composed of a rear end part 61 formed in an almost cylindrical shape and a tip part 62 where two plane parts 62a are arranged in parallel to each other, and the tip part 62 and the rear end part 61 are smoothly and integrally formed by arranging a chamfering part 63. Treatment member 5a having an arraying cup on the tip side treatment member 5b are arranged in a slit 6a formed in a sleeve 6, and a pivotally fixing pin 7 is inserted in a through hole formed in the sleeve 6 and the treatment members 5a and 5b, and is rotatably connected to the sleeve 6 by a calking part 65 formed by calking a tip side shape on a plane so that a tip part of the pivotally fixing pin 7 almost coincides with a countersink part 62b formed in the plane parts 62a. |
