<p>PURPOSE: To very rapidly exchange a pipe embedded in a big area by separately conducting excavation and insert of a new pipe with a separately arranged excavator, a winch, an electrical block and a propelling machine. CONSTITUTION: While cutting off an old water pipe 1 and expanding it by a excavator 1, a rear end of a new water pipe 17 armored with a protective pipe 48 is supported on a removable table 25 of a pressing equipment 23 by a short spacer 30, an electrical block 26 works, a top end of the new water pipe 17 is cut off and inserted into the expanded old water pipe 2', and is butt jointed with a pipe receiver 21 in the protective tube 18 of the excavator 1. And then, after a half of the new water pipe 17 is inserted while the excavator 1 goes ahead, the electrical block 26 rotates reversely and the removable table 25 goes back, the rear end of the new water pipe 17 is supported on the removable table 25 by a long spacer, and is inserted by the action of the electrical block 26.</p> |
