Window thrust limiting mechanism - has stop piece in housing with flange hole for rosette screw

A covering rail, setting rod with locking lugs passing through slits in the rail, and gear housing with drive pinion, are incorporated in an edge gear forming a structural unit in a groove in a window, or door wing, with thrust limitation facility. The limiting device (12) has a limiter (18), with stop faces (23), fixed on the polygonal pin (33). This coacts with a flat accommodating a housing (13) with counters tops (24). The housing has a fixing flange (16), overlapped by the rosette (31), with a hole for one of its fixing screws (36). It is sited between the rosette and the gear housing (4), and pref. has two fixing flanges on opposite sides. Optionally, the limiting device can be used in different ways without alteration of the structural unit.
