PURPOSE:To enable a tray including a bad-order element to be easily detached from optical fibers for use in sending optical firing signals, by providing in a side wall of the tray connectors for the optical fibers. CONSTITUTION:In addition to connectors 3A-3D, 4A-4D for optical fivers OF1- OF4 used to send an optical firing signal generated by optical thyristors LS1-LS4, connectors 6A-6D, 7A-7D therefor are provided in a side wall of a tray 1. A high electric potential portion M including the optical thyristors is connected to a point N in a side wall of the tray 1. Accordingly, the optical thyristors can be placed not in positions where the optical fibers can be detached easily but in positions where the optical thyristors can be cooled conveniently. Owing to the above electrical connection, erroneous firing of optical thyristors can be prevented. |
