PURPOSE:To readily form a skew angle of laminated iron cores by providing two series of through holes in iron plates, providing knobes which are separated from said through holes by a specified skew angle, and laminating both plates. CONSTITUTION:In the case iron plate 10 are punched out, two series of through holes 7a and 7b are alternately provided one after another. Then, knobs 8a and 8b having a shearing surface 11 are provided at the positions separated from the through holes 7a and 7b by a specified skew angle alpha. Two types of iron plates 10a and 10b are obtained in this way. The plates 10a and 10b are laminated in a die alternately, so that the knobs 8a and 8b are coupled with the through holes of the neighbouring iron plate, thereby a laminated core is formed. In this method, the skew angle is readily formed with high precision. |
