PURPOSE:To prevent a shaft current and to improve the working efficiency of an iron-core plate punching process by punching out the iron plates with a plurality of keyways which are spaced about 90 deg. being provided at the inner diameter portion and by laminating an appropriate number of iron plates with the reference keyways being alternately changed. CONSTITUTION:In the case in iron-core plate 4 is punched through silicon-steel plate, a plurality of keyways 4a and 4b are provided in the inner diameter side of the iron core plate 4 with the keyways being separated by 90 deg.. The direction of a plurality of keyways are so provided that the keyway 4a is aligned with the rolling direction of the silicon steel plate 1, and the keyway 4b is aligned with the direction at a right angle with the rolling direction. An iron core is formed by laminating an appropriate number of the iron-core plates 4 with the reference keyways being alternately changed. In this method, a shaft current can be prevented, and the working efficiency can be improved without rotating a punching die. |
