PURPOSE:To obtain the material for diaphragm plate greater in sound speed and internal loss, with increased rigidity and light weight, by binding the boron nitride powder including specific amount of boron nitride with organic binder resin. CONSTITUTION:Thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin and various amino resin is taken as the binder resin, and binding is made with the boron nitride powder including 40-95wt% of boron nitride and the processing agent such as silane coupling agent or titanic coupling agent to make strong the binding of the both. The diaphragm plate made of such materials has faster sound speed in comparison with cone paper and the same or more internal loss as the cone paper can be obtained with similar degree of metal aluminum is sound speed. |
