Braking system for vehicle with front-wheel drive - distributes braking force between front and rear wheels according to given ratio

The braking system (with anti-wheel-lock) distributes the braking force such that its front-wheel:rear-wheel ratio lies between 75:25 and 92:8 at a g greater than 0.55. The system has two circuits: one containing the left front wheel (3) and the right rear wheel (10) and the other containing the right front wheel (4) and left rear wheel (9). The anti-wheel-lock system has sensors (5,6) picking up signals from generators connected to the front wheels or to components rotating with the front wheels. The braking surface areas of the front and rear wheels are in the ratio of the required distribution of braking force. The front axle has a disc brake with full lining and the rear axle a disc brake with partial lining.
