摘要 <p>A visual indicator for a precision balance has narrow wt. region indicator strips within which move optical signals. It is developed to enable precision dosing processes to be readily followed by the human eye. The narrow strips are made up of several concentric circular arrangements (15,16) of l.e.d.s (11). Each diode when illuminated symbolises a wt. measurement result within the wt. range corresp. to its circle. Each circle also has an associated wt. range symbol. The outermost diode band (15) contains a larger number of light emitting diodes than the adjacent band. Three lamps (17,18,19) indicate a negative, zero, or positive deviation from a desired wt. There may also be a digital wt. indicator above the lamps.</p>
