PURPOSE:To achieve high density and high speed without increasing the number of wiring patterns, by providing the injector area consisting of a plurality of IILs at set side and a plurality of ILLs at reset side. CONSTITUTION:The injector area P1 of IILs1-7 is divided every IIL and the injector area P1 of IILs1, 3, 5 and IIL7 at set side is commonly connected to the injector terminal I among IILs1-6, and the injector area P1 of IILs2, 4, 6 at reset side remained is commonly connected to the reset terminal R. With this constitution, if the injector terminal I and the reset terminal R are at high level, the circuit is operated as the D flip-flop circuit. But, when the terminal R is at low level, since the transistors of IILs2, 4, 6 are OFF and this D flip-flop is reset. |
