PURPOSE: To obtain a tacky tape suitable for laminating a building material, etc., covered with dust or having a rough surface such as mainly concrete, a calcium silicate board, a gypsum board or wood to a ground material in a similar state. CONSTITUTION: This tacky tape is obtained by forming a tacky agent layer, containing 100 pts.wt. at least one selected from the group of polyisobutylene, butyl rubber and halogenated butyl rubbers, 10-150 pts.wt. softening agent and 20-100 pts.wt. tackifier resin and undergoing the cross-linking treatment on at least one surface of a substrate layer, containing at least one of a copolymer of an acrylic or a methacrylic ester having a 1-4C alcohol and a polar copolymerizable monomer and further containing fine particles or hollow fine particles having 1-150μm average particle diameter in an amount of 0.5-175 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. copolymer or 10-50vol.% volume fraction of the substrate layer and having <=50% stress relaxation ratio in a stretched state at 100% after 1hr.
