PURPOSE: To provide a resin composition used for a lid and excellent in environmental stress cracking resistance and mold release. CONSTITUTION: This composition consists of 60-85wt.% ethylene/α-olefin copolymer (a) having a melt flow rate at 190 deg.C under a load of 2.16kg of 5-30g/10min and a density of 0.915-0.930g/cm<3> and 40-15wt.% polyethylene (b) made by the high-pressure radical polymerization method and having a melt flow rate at 190 deg.C under a load of 2.16kg of 1-30g/10min, a density of 0.915-0.930g/cm<3> and an SR value of 1.50 to 1.90 as defined by the formula SR=A/B [wherein A is the outside diameter (mm) of the resin strand extruded through an orifice of an inside diameter of Bmm].
