PURPOSE: To obtain a combined powder high in deposition rate and uniformity by crushing and dispersing a specified amt. of core grain and shell grain by a jet air stream to deposit the shell grain on the core grain surface and classifying the combined powder. CONSTITUTION: The core grain having 0.01-5mm average diameter and one or 2 kinds of shell grains having 0.1-50μm average diameter are supplied to a classifier-contg. jet stream mill 1 in >=10:0.8 weight ratio, crushed and dispersed by the compressed fluid jetted from a nozzle 3, and consequently a PVC grain is deposited on the surface of an org. compd. (secondary amine) in a short time. The combined grains are classified at a specified classification point by a continuously rotating classifier, sucked and recovered by an exhauster 13 and a collector 12. As a result, the uniformly mixed combined powder is formed, and a multifunctional combined powder is easily obtained.
