PURPOSE:To add raw material uniformly without pulverizing it by a method wherein the raw material on a conveyor is spread over the full width of the conveyor and gagitated, and substance to be added is atomized from an atomizer, in a device adding viscous substance, such as molasses, etc. to powdery livestock feed. CONSTITUTION:A distrubuting blade 4 and an agitator 5 for agitating mixing are disposed onto a conveyor 3, and raw material moving on the conveyor 3 is distrubuted in fixed thickness and agitated and mixed. The raw material charged is spread all over the conveyor 3, and moves toward falling port A. During that time, viscous substance, such as molasses, etc. is thinly atmoized on the surface of the raw material from an atomizer nozzle 6. When the raw material reaches a location of the agitator 5, it is mixed, the additive is further atomized by means of an atomizer 6', and the raw material reches the falling port A. Said same operation is repeated on the next conveyor, and the viscous substance can uniformly be added and mixed. |
