PURPOSE:To make it easy and accurate to totalize the number of sheets of paper for documentation classified by divisions, by storing and outputting to a printer the number of sheets of paper for documentation, classified by divisions, by a documenting machine. CONSTITUTION:Once key cord 13 is set in card reader 3, a set signal and code signal are input to controller 2 to change the lamp of duplicator 12 in color from red to green and while code display unit 14 displays the code, display unit 15 for the number of sheets of paper displays the total number of sheets of copied paper up to the point in time. With reset counter selection switch 16 depressed, the number of sheets of paper is displayed as ''0''. With the print switch of duplicator 12 pushed, a count-up signal for every copy size arrives at input-output interface circuit 8 and the addition result is displayed at any time by display unit 15. Thus, the total number of sheets of copied paper and the current number of sheets of paper can be known by display unit 15. |
