发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF ANISOTROPIC CYLINDRICAL POLYMER MAGNET
摘要 PURPOSE:To manufacture two-pole type cylindrical magnets with better operation and without providing two molds by pouring the mixture of a polymer material and a ferromagnetic material into plural cylindrical cavity sections while applying orientation magnetic fields to the cavity sections from orientation magnetic field generating devices. CONSTITUTION:Plural cylindrical cavity sections 11 are arranged between external common yokes 6, 8 having plural yoke focusing end sections 7 which are fixed to orientation magnetic field generating devices 1, 2 and the plural cylindrical cavity sections 11 are arranged at right angles to the direction of magnetic fields from the generating devices 1, 2. Pillar-shaped internal yokes 12 are provided in the cavity sections 11 to compose injection molding machines 13. While applying magnetic fields from the generating devices 1, 2 in the injection molding machines 13, the mixture of a polymer material and a ferromagnetic material is injected and molded from a cylinder at predetermined tempratures and the mixture is poured in the cavity sections 1 from a gate in a melted state. Magnetic field orientation is made for the ferromagnetic material in the direction of magnetic fields during the above process. The manufacture of anisotropic cylindrical polymer magnets is simplified to improve the operation.
