PURPOSE:To perform dehumidification and cooling simultaneously by spraying the dehumidifying liquid to fins conducting air heat exchange with the refrigerant in a cooling device. CONSTITUTION:The dehumidifying liquid containing water gathered at the bottom 11 of the tower of the device is carried into a distiller tower 21 through a pipe 12. Then, the dehumidifying liquid distilled and reproduced in the distiller tower 21 is sent into the bottom 11 of the tower through a pipe 13 and further carried to a spray 5 through a pipe 14, where being sprayed. The dehumidifying liquid sprayed from the spray 5 is cooled by a cooler 6 and dehumidifies the air sucked from sucking ports 8 and 9 at a low temperature, and then it is gathered at the bottom 11 of the tower through a drain pan 10. |
