PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy test for leak as well as the pressure test, by constituting the main body into a spool form in which two disks are connected together at the connection part, providing the fluid path linking to the middle and outside of the disk into the connection part and then mounting the ring-shaped tube which can send the air under pressure to the periphery of the disk from outside. CONSTITUTION:Tool 19 is inserted into tube 3 at the position where welded area 4 of tube plate 1 and tube 3 is held between. The air under pressure in cylinder 27 is sent through sent-in tube 28 to ring-shaped tubes 25 and 26 mounted to grooves 23 and 24 around disks 20 and 21, and thus the tubes are swelled to ensure the hermetical sealing up for sealed room 36. Then He is sent into the barrel part surrounding tube 3, and the He leaking through area 4 is detected via fluid path 33, detecting tube 34 and detection meter 35 each. For the pressure test, both the pressure air sending pipe and the pressure gauge to tube 34, and the pressure air is filled up into room 36 to detect the reading reduction of the pressure gauge and then to know the pressure resistance.
