PURPOSE:To make a decision value unchanged even when plural sets of communication information are connected simultaneously by providing a bit pattern generation means or the like so as to provide flexibility to the communication information speed and facilitating the pattern discrimination processing to simply the constitution. CONSTITUTION:A transmission node 11 generates a bit pattern corresponding one by one to a frequency pattern assigned to a reception node 12 by a bit pattern generating circuit 112 and communication information is modulated simultaneously and outputted to modulation circuits 113-1-113-n. Then a node 12 processes a signal inputted from a transmission line 13 via a frequency demultiplex circuit 121, adder circuits 122-1, 122-2, a subtraction circuit 123 and a decision circuit 124 and outputs reception information. Then the bit pattern generated from the circuit 112 consists of (2-1) setsof codes formed by shifting the phase of a longest code series code comprising (2-1) bits depending on the node 12 from the 0 bit to the (2-2) bits. Thus, the communication speed has flexibility and the constitution is simplified.
