<p>PURPOSE:To deodorize basic malodorous gas effectively by a method wherein a deodorant is manufactured by adding phosphioric acid or a phosphate to an inorganic carrier and solidifying the carrier. CONSTITUTION:As a deodorant to basic malodorous gas, such as ammonia, organic amine, etc., the deodorizing components of phosphoric acid, such as orthophosphoric acid, metaphosphoric acid, etc. and/or a phosphate of aluminum, iron, etc. are made carry to an inorganic carrier, such as mordenite group zeolite, natural or synthetic ocher, etc. The deodorant is superior in strength to moisture absorption, disintegration, a molding property excellent deodorizing capacity, and can easily be prepared.</p> |
