PURPOSE:To prevent degradation of reliability dependent upon faults of scramble and descramble, by arranging a scrambler and a descrambler at the insertion data signal input terminal of the insertion part and the branching data signal output terminal of the branching part. CONSTITUTION:Receiving multiple signal input terminal 11 is directly connected to branching part 14, and multiple signal output terminal 12 is directly connected to insertion part 15, and descrambler 13 is inserted between branching part 14 and branching terminal 18, and scramber 16 is inserted between insertion part 15 and insertion terminal 17. In the transmission side, insertion original data signal IOS from terminal 17 is subjected to scramble in scramber 16 to generate insertion data signal IS. In the receiving side, a time slot of the branching signal is designated to separate receiving multiple signal RS into branching data signal DS and passage multiple signal THS in branching part 14. Next, signal DS is subjected to descramble in descrambler 13, and branching original data signal DOS is reloaded and is given to branching terminal 18. |
