An apparatus comprising a motor and a liquid container equipped with at least one heating resistor (23) which is mounted to extend through a through-hole formed in the sidewall (22) of said container (22, 29) so as to protrude into the container and which has ends extending from the container, said ends being sealingly secured at the level of said hole by means of a sealing device including a gasket (25) which is clamped by means of a tension rod and a tension nut (33, 40) mounted on said tension rod, characterized in that the apparatus comprises a locking lever (28, 34, 38, 41) mounted on the ends of said resistor (23) extending outwardly from said container, said locking lever in combination with the elastic gasket (25) of said sealing device producing an eccentric clamping effect which imparts a double function to said gasket (25), viz., to ensure tight mounting of the heating resistor (23) and firm urging of said heating resistor against the bottom (29) of the container (22, 29) to thereby form mechanically rigid assembly between said container (22, 29) and said resistor (23).</p> |
