PURPOSE:The machine which comprises subsequently disposing respective devices of stock feeding, forming press, blanking press, product take-out and blanked pieces take-out around an intermittently rotating rotary table and which produces the dampers of the specified shape automatically with high efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A strip-form continuous stock is sent out by each fixed length intermittently and is cut to a fixed size by a cutter 1, after which the cut stocks are placed on the stock attraction plate in the feed position H of a table 2 rotating intermittently in the counterclockwise direction so that they are gripped by retaining claws. Thence, they are sent to the forming press position I, and while they are heated in the dies disposed in the top and bottom of the table, they are pressed to the specified damper shape. Further, they are subjected to blanking pressing by the upper and lower dies in the blanking press position J, after which they are attracted to the product attraction plate and are taken out up to the product aligning device. On the other hand, the blanked waster pieces on the outer side are sent to the blanked piece take-out position K, where the retaining claws are released and compressed air is injected, whereby the products are discharged to outside the table. |
