PURPOSE:To prevent an interruption of ink supply by a method wherein a shape of the ink tank interior is made to be the narrower the location is closer to the ink supplying port and then a long fiber is filled in a direction of ink flow. CONSTITUTION:The ink tank 9 is constructed to be narrower toward the ink supplying pipe 2 and also the density of the filled fiber 4 is increased in the same manner. Thus, even if there exists any clearance at the ink supplying pipe 2, the ink 5 is collected to a narrow passage for ink via fibers having a high density due to a phenomenon of capillary action and thereby the ink is served without surplus amount. The cap 10 is arranged at the air inlet port 7 for use in supplying air to the clearance 8 after the ink is consumed and thereby the drying of the ink can be prevented. |
