PURPOSE:To facilitate inductance adjustment to improve productivity, by connecting a resonance coil, an adjusting coil, and a connecting coil in one ends and by shaping them in one body. CONSTITUTION:Resonance coil 14, adjusting coil 15, and connecting coil 16 are connected in one point, and connection electrodes are provided in both ends. In case of change of the inductance, outside adjusting coil 15 is inclined to change the distance to resonance coil 14. In this case, since coils 14 and 15 can be caused to approach each other and they are connected sufficiently, the change range of the inductance can be large. Further, since coil 16 is arranged near coil 14 and is distant from coil 15, change of the connection state for inductance adjustment dependent upon movement of coil 15 is small, and inductance adjustment and connection adjustment can be performed independently, so that adjustment can be facilitated. Further, coils can be formed in one body by the stamping-out process of a metallic plate and so on. |
