<p>PURPOSE:To suppress the increase in acceleration torque in backward running, by connecting a resistor in series with a backward running switch which is constituted only in the backward running. CONSTITUTION:A forward running switch F and a backward running switch R are provided for an electric motor. A resistor (r), which limits the current of the motor in backward running, is coupled in series with the backward running switch R. Even if a motor current controller is defective in an electric rolling stock cab for backward running the increase in acceleration torque in backward running can be surely suppressed by the resistor (r) to assure safety.</p> |
