PURPOSE:To prevent the eccentric shift, by the injecting pressure of melted plastic, of a stator iron core located at the opposite side of the gate of a molding die by providing a position regulating member between the outer-circumferential face of the core and the inner face of a die. CONSTITUTION:When injected into a molding recess 21 from an injection molding machine through the gate 29 formed of the lower die 19 and upper die 20 of a molding die 18, melted collides with the outer-circumferential face of a stator iron core 2 corresponding to the gate 29, is divided into upward, downward, rightward and leftward flows and is fed to the whole range of the molding recesses 21 and 26, so that a plastic layer molding the iron core 2 and coil 3 is formed. Therein, when the melted plastic collides with the outer-circumferential face of the core 2, the core 2 tends to eccentrically shift to the opposite side to the gate 29 due to injecting pressure. A terminal table 8 whose end surface 8a contacts with the outer-circumferential face of the core 2 while supported by a support recess 25 is provided, however, the eccentric shift of the iron core 2 is prevented securely. |
