PURPOSE:To raise off-grade product ratio and to enhance production operation efficiency, by separately preparing the laminate part of a photoreceptor by vacuum operation and the other laminate part by coating operation, and sticking both to form the photoreceptor. CONSTITUTION:Photoconductive layer 3, first intermediate insulating layer 4, and transparent electrode layer 5 are formed in this order by vacuum evaporation on surface insulating layer 2 made of a transparent resin film to form the first laminate, and on the other hand, phosphor layer 8 is made by coating and drying the dispersion fluid of phosphor powder on the second intermediate insulating layer 7, and on this layer, a comparatively thick synthetic resin plate is stuck to form support layer 9, and further, on the other side of layer 7 an adhesive is coated to form adhesive layer 6, which is placed in a high temperature drying oven, and freed of solvents remaining in layers 6 and 8 to form the second laminate. Then, layer 5 of the first laminate and layer 6 of the second laminate are brought into close contact to stick them and to form photoreceptor 1. |
