PURPOSE:To reduce the consuming amount of water and to prevent overheating and corrosion of exhaust gas suction hood, by providing the hood cooling water tank equipped condensing passage in the cooling water circulating system and circulating condensed cooling water. CONSTITUTION:Cooling water supplied to the exhaust gas suction hood 2 by the cooling water circulation pump 5 in the hood cooling water tank 5, is entered to the vapor room 17 in the tank 5 after evaporating in the hood 2. Evaporated water is condensed by the condenser 9 and condensed water is stored in the tank 5 as the cooling water 18 and then, cooling water circulation circuit is formed by supplying the water 18 to the hood 2 again. Temperature of the water 18 gotton out from the condenser 9, is raised in the cooler 3 and the above water is entered the cooling tank 8 as warm water. Next, the warm water is introduced to the condenser 9 again after cooling by the heat exchanger 7 and cooling water circulation circuit of the closed cooler 3 is formed. By the above-mentioned circulation circuit system, life of the hood 2 is prolonged. |
