PURPOSE:To increase yield and improve the reliability of converters, through reducing the eccentricity of rotor magnet, by a process wherein the rotor is produced by a baking after fitting the rotor pinion on a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 1a made through the simplex molding and baking in magnetic field is fastened by a rotor pinion 2 and tightening allowance to locate the pinion 2. When the assembly of the pinion 2 and the magnet 1 is annealed, the groove 2a of the pinion 2 increase the capacity of sticking to the pinion 2 of the magnet 1 since the magnet 1 engages with the groove 2a through shrinkage. The assembly of a rotor is made by subjecting what is made by thrusting the pinion 2 into the magnet 1 to the secondary annealing in an annealing furnace. Thereby, the eccentricity of a rotor magnet can be reduced for raising the yield and reliability of converters. |
