PURPOSE:To enable to carry out heating, heat treatment jetting combustion gas of burner from the nozzle of chamber and floating the strip-shaped material, by opposingly arranging the plenum chamber attached with the burner in the furnace. CONSTITUTION:The plenum chambers 4, 6 are provided on the upper and lower sides putting between the strip-shaped material 1 transferred in the furnace 2. Flame of the burners 8, 9 attached on the side wall of the chambers 4, 6, is blown in each chamber 4, 6 and combustion gas is filled in the chamber. The above combustion gas is directly jetted from the plural nozzles 5, 7 opened in the chambers 4, 6 for the material 1 at right angles. Hereby, the material 1 is floated in the furnace 2 by jetting pressure of the combustion gas and at the same time, is rapidly heated by the heat energy of a high temperature combustion gas. |
