PURPOSE:A cosmetic emulsifying agent composition having mildness to the skin and improved emulsion forming properties, comprising a basic amino acid salt of a fatty acid and a higher alcohol as essential ingredients. CONSTITUTION:An emulsifying agent composition comprising one or a mixture of two or more of a basic amino acid salt of a fatty acid having mild action on the skin and one or a blend of two or more of a high alcohol as essential ingredients. The composition is capable of emulsifying liquid paraffin, paraffin wax, whale wax, etc. stably, having no stimulus to the skin and mild action on it. |
