The windscreen wiper has an arm (11) mounted at the middle of the base of the glass screen (1) and two flexible wipers (13,14) which are parallel and each connected to the arm by a support (15,16). One of the wipers is movable for translation parallel to the arm by controls. The latter are formed by a rail (20) on the periphery of the glass and by couplings (21,22) of the rail with the support for the wiper which moves in translation. The supports for the flexible wipers are connected to the arm by at least two parallel rods (17,18) perpendicular to the base.
