<p>FIELD: production of fiber-gypsum boards. SUBSTANCE: the offered method includes preparation of molding mixture by preliminary mixing of fibers and water, final introduction of dry burnt gypsum into obtained mixture, introduction of accelerator additive in process of formation of mixture, layer-out of mat from mixed composition, pressing and drying of board for obtaining of finished board. Water is used in the amount of 80- 150% of fiber weight. Introduced additionally in course of preliminary mixing is absorbent. Accelerator additive is introduced together with any component of formed mixture. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 43 cl, 24 dwg2</p> |
