<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a good sealing effect without accompanying burrs by a method wherein a rectangular shaped folded filter paper body is placed on an upper surface of a mold with grooves in a condition hermetically closed by a side wall paper and, after raw materials for polyurethane are ejected into the grooves, a lid body with small grooves having pores communicated with the atmosphere is placed by adhering on an upper surface of the mold. CONSTITUTION:The filter body 3 obtained by hermetically closing a side surface of the rectangular shaped filter body made from the folded sheet like filter paper with a side wall paper 2 is placed on an upper surface of a mold 4. Subsequently, raw materials for polyurethane are ejected into the groove portion 9 between an inner and an outer peripheral wall 7, 8 with a low height of the mold 4 and, thereafter, the lid body 5 having plural small grooves pierced through a communicating hole 12 is placed on an upper surface of the outer peripheral wall of the mold 4 to position said small grooves 11 so as to face to said groove 9. If the above described raw materials are foamed in this condition, said stock materials exhibit a tendency to advance to a direction of said small grooves. As the result, said polyurethane stock materials do invade into the gap between the upper surface of the mold 4 and the lid body 5. Moreover, a projected portion 13 formed on a seal packing 6 corresponding to said small grooves 11 guides a casing 14.</p> |
