<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the face pressure on a sliding surface working as a thrust by providing a pressure chamber connected to a fluid passage in a contacting part between a high-pressure side cam ring and a casing on the wall part of the cam ring for introducing a high pressure fluid therein. CONSTITUTION:When a radial-piston hydraulic machine works as a pump, a cam ring 41 is slided between a bearing flat surface 38 and a thrust-receiving flat surface 39, and given a proper eccentricity. At this stage, the high pressure fluid in a cylinder 5 is introduced into a pressure chamber 7 via passages 9 and 6, and flows into a pressure chamber 45 via a passage 43 when the pressure chamber 7 passes on the passage 43. Thus, a reverse force f3 is given to the cam ring 41 by the fluid pressure in the pressure chamber 45. In this construction, the contact face pressure between the thrust-receiving flat surface 39 and a cam ring flat surface 40 is reduced, and the cam ring 41 can be slided smoothly.</p> |
