Disclosed is an assembly structure for the fender liner and protector wheel arch of automobiles. The fringe of the fender liner is covered with the protector wheel arch. A car exterior side panel(1) and a wheelhouse panel are matched and a fender liner(4) is adhered to them; a protector wheel arch is fitted into the side panel(1) and wheel house; a rib(3) extended to the end of protector wheel arch body wraps the fender liner(4) and bends inward; the rib(4) at the fringe fully covers the fender liner(4); the wheelhouse panel(2) is completely isolated from the exterior preventing dirt from the outside and is protected from corrosion. The invention prevents the corrosion in the wheel house panel by blocking dirt.
