<p>Tyres for toy or model cars are moulded from an impermeable plastic material to include a hollow toroidal form contg. permanently trapped air. Pref. the sidewalls are convex and the conic hubs include radial slots, to enhance flexibility. Used with motorised, opt. radio controlled toy vehicles. The hollow tyres provide better grip, more realistic appearance and/or are lighter than solid tyres.</p> |
