<p>PURPOSE:To make an apparatus compact and to perform efficient dust collection of high-concentration dust-contg. gas by installing a movable packed layer type dust collector around a dust precollector. CONSTITUTION:High-concentration dust-contg. gas to be treated is guided through a raw gas guide annular pipe 11 into a dust precollector 2. The gas in the precollector 2 is rectified by a rectificatin umbrella 13, is passed upward through electric collector to preform primary dust collection and to charge electrically the uncollected dust. The gas from primary dust reverses its direction, and goes downward, then changes its direction in the horizontal way, and is passed through moving layer in a movable packed layer type dust collector 7, and cleaned. The cleaned gas passes through a clean gas pipe 14 and clean gas annular pipe 15 and is sent to the succeeding process. Particles for the movable layer are charged from a particle- charge valve 9, fall through the movable layer while collecting dust and are cut through a uniform cut feeder 10 of particles in the movable layer into the lower section of the dust collection tower, and then discharged from a dust-collecting particle discharge valve 17.</p> |
