发明名称 COOLING METHOD FOR METAL MOLD AT INJECTION MOLDING
摘要 PURPOSE:To cool properly and effectively a metal mold for molding provided with plural bosses and ribs being located in deviation and shorten the time required for injection molding by controlling the temperature and flow rate of a refrigerant with separate cooling-control systems corresponding to each part of the metal mold. CONSTITUTION:The cooling control of the part 2 of the cavity of a metal mold 1, which is provided with bosses, ribs etc., and the part 3 thereof, which is provided no boss and others, is conducted by separate systems. According to the value of deviation between the temperature of the metal mold detected by a theremoelectric couple 18 and the set temperature in a temprature-adjusting device 19, the degree of opening of a flow-rate control valve 17 is adjusted, thereby the quantity of replacement of the cooling water 9 in a main tank 10 for the cooling water in an auxiliary tank 15, whose temperature is raised, being controlled. The more the quantity of replacement, the more effectively is conducted the cooling of the part 2 where bosses and ribs in the metal mold 1 are unevenly distributed. Thus, even when the heat release amount is different by each part of an article of injection molding and when the cooling power is different each other, the metal mold can be cooled effectively up to the uniform and proper temperature in a relatively short time.
