PURPOSE:To increase the mixing and kneading effect and perform mixing and kneading evenly by connecting, by means of several numbers of columnlike bodies, the opposed end parts of two screws provided at a certain interval on the same axis in a barrel and thereby producing the state that two stages of mixing and kneading parts are provided. CONSTITUTION:In the 1st melting part C1, the laminar mixing is performed with the rotation of a screw 4a, while tempering being performed between the inner wall of a barrel 3 and the screw 4. In a connecting part D, the pressure being released once, the turbulent mixing and position-change mixing are performed by columnlike bodies 5. In the 2nd melting part C2, the pressure is applied again by a screw 4b, while the same laminar mixing as in the melting part C1, and mixing and kneading are further conducted also by giving the shearing force, the stock material is then extruded from a die. |
