PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging of a nozzle by providing a filter in an ink-feeding chamber sandwiched between a substrate glass and a vibration plate glass and thereby collecting not only the dust in ink, but also the one having penetrated in the process of preparation of the head, without fail. CONSTITUTION:When a substrate glass 1 and a vibration plate glass 3 are bonded, a filter 10 made of glass fiber, Teflon or the like is provided in a groove which becomes an ink-feeding chamber 7 and thus an ink-jet head is constituted. EFFECT:Even when tiny fragments of glass, abrasives, etc. penetrate in the processes of cutting of an end surface and grinding after both glassarticles 1 and 3, the clogging in a nozzle 6 can be prevented completely. |
