Two asymmetric geared flywheels rotating about a gear wheel of the same dia. The gear wheel rotates at an angular speed twice that of the rotational speed of a rotor carrying the two flywheels. The rotor and the gearwheel are on concentric axes. When the flywheels rotate about the geared wheel their arms are always in the same relative position. The centre of gravity of the assembly is always above the horizontal line passing through the axis of rotation. The resultant inertial force is directed upwards.
