PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire pressure welding device for manufacturing a harness by a single pressure welding method in order that one or more electrical connectors can be connected to both ends of several wires by pressure welding without installing wrong wiring. SOLUTION: A connector holder 2 capable of sliding laterally is located, and a pressure-contact punch 3 capable of moving up and down is located on one upper side in the sliding region of the connector holder 2. A wire insertion part A is provided in the lower portion of the pressure-contact punch 3 in order to guidedly insert one end of a single wire. A means for detecting a leading end of the wire, and a conducting pin for establishing conductive relationship with the wire are provided in the wire insertion part A. The conducting pin is connected to a polar number discriminating means constituting a control device, and a terminal having certain polar number is positioned in the lower portion of the pressure-contact punch 3 so as to correspond to the wire to be pressure welded. For this reason, the conducting pin is so constituted as to slide the connector holder 2. |
