PURPOSE:To obtain the diaphragm having greater Young's modulus and longitudinal wave propagation speed, by adding tannic acid in the manufacturing process of paper including natural vegetable fiber. CONSTITUTION:Fiber-dispersed liquid is formed by beating pulps and dispersing fibers, and tannic acid is added to the liquid. The oscillation using the paper made with this material has almost unchanged resonance sharpness Q in comparison with no-addition of tannic acid, the Young's modulus and the longitudinal wave propagation speed can be improved. Further, tannic acid is substantially included in vegetables and no specific material from the standpoint of sound quality is not introduced, allowing to remarkably increase the speaker characteristics. |
