Non-dusting, homogeneous, easily dispersible mixts. can be formed in conventional, continuously operating compounding devices. The mixts. can be dispersed in PVC powders and mixed to form flowable dry blends. The lubricants contains at least partially a low melting and/or liq. lubricant component, where the low melting lubricant has a m.pt. is not >80 degrees C. As the stabiliser component, basic Pb pigment stabilisers and/or Pb oxide and soap forming free fatty acids are fed to the extruder. The components are mixed at 100 degrees C, pref. at 40-70 degrees C in an extruder fitted with a controllable cylinder heater, screw tempering and vacuum degassing device as well as a successive granulating device.
